Bring us the paperwork overwhelm and leave with a clear plan. We audit your workflows, pick the automations that save the most time, and teach your team to run them without hiring an engineer.

Tools built for your mission

When an off-the-shelf tool does not fit, we build one. Every tool in our library started as a real organization's real problem. We build a working prototype in weeks, then train your team to own and run it.

  • Chatbots, dashboards, intake flows, facilitator copilots
  • Private by design, built in your community's language

Every tool here can be tailored to your organization's language, workflows, and community. Practice-first. Equity-first. Analog-grounded.

We design for the person with the oldest phone, the least time, the most responsibility, and the most at stake. If it works for her, it works for everyone.

Our work moves through two connected paths: these tools for organizations, and the Practice Village for the people they serve.

Five tools on the shelf. Pull one open.

The Practice Village

A digital community center for women, built the way a YWCA serves a town. Women focused, open to all.

The Practice Village is one place with many rooms. Inside: Moxie Studio (the flagship), the Front Desk, the Kitchen, the free Quiet Room, Safety Hall, and the Record Room. Built by The Practice Center, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit that shares AIdedEQ's founder, it is for women rebuilding after a major life change, and for anyone who practices better in good company.

One membership opens every room, and each new room as it opens. The prices are published, out loud, because too many communities launch free and vanish. The Village runs on memberships, so the Village answers to members.

Building now, as a registered 2026 XPRIZE hackathon team: Moxie Studio, the Village's flagship room. Yoga and meditation taught from zero by a virtual teacher, with gentle form guidance that runs on your own device and never records you. And Safety Hall, the Village's hub for safety tools and support.

The Charter List is free: founder build updates and first word as rooms open. Membership is $15 a month, cancel anytime, and moves to $25 a month once all rooms are open. Founding Villagers pay $149 a year, locked for life. 108 founding seats.

Tools that stand on their own.

Everyday practice tools live inside the Practice Village under one membership. The tools below stand on their own, each clearly labeled as a subscription, a one-time pass, or an organizational program.

anchorED

The AI co-pilot for youth workers, with a built-in grant writer. Pro will be a recurring subscription at $7 a month or $67 a year, after a 14-day free trial. anchorED is currently accepting waitlist registrations before paid subscriptions open.

KOA

Free for young men to practice. Organizations can enroll in a 6-week facilitated program with tool access and training.

Festival LoreDrop

Your crew's festival story from every phone. Create your crew first, then purchase the one-time $26 Crew Pass inside Festival LoreDrop.

Cur.AI.ted

An AI memory curator that turns forgotten digital moments into meaningful physical heirlooms. Sold at full and tiered prices here; a starter tier is included with Practice Village membership.

Paid access begins inside each app so your purchase can be connected to your account. Payments use secure Stripe checkout and fund the work; they do not purchase ownership of an app. Questions first? Book a founder conversation.

Built from practice, not theory.

Founder & Human-Centered AI Strategist

JoYi Rhyss

30+ years of frontline youth work. Former director at PACT Kalihi, Hawaii, funded by the State of Hawaii, and contracted through the Stanford University Forgiveness Project to deliver forgiveness and mindfulness programs for the Department of Human Services. More than 3,000 people have participated.

Creator of Mindful Forgiveness and its facilitator training pathway. Thirty-five facilitators trained across four countries, and work through The Practice Center has served Hawaii DHS and more than 25 nonprofit organizations. Her north star for AIdedEQ: reduce administrative labor without reducing human judgment.

Built the first equity-first AI coding skill using the same tools she teaches others. Moved to Hawaii in 2005 with three kids and found healing through mindfulness and forgiveness practices. Now based in Chicago and working hybrid, she still trains Hawaii-based organizations and delivers programs online. She is building the tools she wished existed when she needed them most.

AIdedEQ is a for-profit technology company connected to The Practice Center, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and built from the same foundation: practice first, people first, and equity in real life. The AI is new. The human work underneath it is not.

Two decades building the practice. Now we're building the tools.

The pivot into AI is new. The work underneath it is not. Every tool here is built on twenty-plus years of frontline facilitation, curriculum design, and training leaders in the practices that make technology worth using.

Public Funding

Honolulu Chamber of Commerce Grant Recipient

Applied AI, 2023–Now

Built the team playbook before building the tools

Since 2023, trained internal teams of 15–20 on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and NotebookLM. Cut manual labor and communication errors significantly. Streamlined grant application workflows through AI. Now building automations and agents for 3 agencies, each one rooted in a practice we teach before we code.

This is not a pivot away from the work. It is the work, with better tools.

Analog first. Always.

You don't need an app to breathe. The practice has to hold when your phone is dead, when you're mid-argument, when you're lying awake at 3am.

Tech helps you follow through. The practice lives in your body first. If it doesn't work offline, it doesn't work.

Our tools come alive inside real practice:

Workshops & Retreats
Small Groups & Team Training
Mindfulness & Attitudinal Healing

Learn. Practice. Build.

From understanding to action. Build tools along the way.

Emotional intelligence explained
01

Learn

Start with EQ foundations: mindfulness, forgiveness, attitudinal healing. Short resources, no fluff. Concepts you can use today.

Heart and hand representing practice
02

Practice

Put it into action in your actual life. Daily practices and analog exercises that build the muscle before you ever touch tech.

Building emotional intelligence tools
03

Build

Use vibe coding and EQ tools to create something real: apps, dashboards, resources for your practice and your community.

What changes when you change the lens

We ran the same searches twice: once through the default algorithm, once through our equity-first research lens that centers marginalized voices by default.

See Our Tools
  • The Research
    Default Algorithm 57% deficit framing
    Equity-First (AIdedEQ) 100% agency & innovation
  • Default Algorithm
    57%

Of the time, default algorithms framed marginalized communities through deficit, crisis, and victimization. Of that, crime was 30% of the result.

  • Equity-First (AIdedEQ)
    100%

Of the time, equity-first framing surfaced agency, innovation, and joy. Of that, Black-owned business coverage was 30% of the result.

The stories already exist. The default just wasn't showing them first. Read the full Search Representation Gap Study, including results across seven communities.

The Practice Center

Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit home. Grounding emotional intelligence in community practice, not theory.

02 Emergency Breathing

Emergency Breathing

Five to six breaths each minute. Reset your parasympathetic nervous system.

  1. Stop what you're doing. Sit or stand still.
  2. Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
  3. Hold for 2 seconds.
  4. Breathe out slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds.
  5. Repeat 5-6 times. That's one minute.

Your nervous system will reset. Your heart rate will slow. Your thinking will clear.

05 Attitudinal Healing International

Attitudinal Healing International

The foundation of our healing practice. Choosing peace over fear and empathy over judgment. Principles that guide everything we build.

06 Thinking Clearly

Thinking Clearly

Align your builds with your intentions. Solve a real problem, not just automate more noise.

So many amazing tools are being used to automate and 10x productivity like every other work slop coming out right now. The AIdedEQ way is different.

Start by truly considering yourself, your family, your friends, your neighborhood, and your community. Then intentionally set your sights on one issue you can actually solve.

The IAMAR Framework:

Building from "I don't want this" is different than knowing your values, listening to yourself and others, clearly defining the issues, deciding what's in your sphere of influence, and choosing a path forward. That's the solution route.
